Older people wellbeing

Introduction

As we get older it is important to plan to remain active and socialise so as to maintain our wellbeing.

Loneliness is one of the worse things that affect older people, taking part in a group activity or event may help you get more active and meet new people.

Maintaining our wellbeing means different things to each of us but there are certain factors that are recognised as helping to increase everyone's wellbeing. We can all plan for a retirement that is still active and fun.
